Digital Product Refund Policy

All of our products are delivered digitally and are available for instant download after purchase. Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at debora@carebizco.com within 30 days of your order. We will work with you to ensure you receive your product successfully.

Damaged or Incorrect Files
If the file is corrupted, missing elements, or you receive the wrong product, please email us immediately with your order number so we can correct the issue and provide the proper file(s).

European Union Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of placing your order, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the digital product. Once the product is accessed or downloaded, this right is waived.

Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in cases where:

• You were charged in error

• You purchased the same product more than once by mistake

• The product cannot be delivered or fixed due to technical issues on our end

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
